We are strongly committed to offering an adequate educational opportunity for all students at our school. However, we recognize that a successful endeavor in all areas requires cooperation and effort by parents, students, and staff.

• Laurel Elementary will nurture a positive,productive relationship among teachers,students, parents, and the community in decision making and academic progress.
• Quality,research-based instruction will be interwoven into the core curriculum.
• Reading skills are absolutely essential to academic success.
